A Barossa icon since 1859, many of Australia's most influential and celebrated winemakers have passed through Saltram's cellar door.  Today, the winemaking excellence continues with Shavaughn Wells who produces wines that are the essence of the Barossa.

Whether it is a delicate Riesling, fruit driven Chardonnay or the exceptional Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon, Mamre Brook wines are characterised by their warmth and generosity in the more traditional sense.

Fresh and bright, loaded with aromas reminiscent of black berries and fresh dark plums complemented with savoury notes of clove and five spice.

Plush layers of dark fruit flavours from dark cherry to mulberry, plush generous tannins and a finish lingering with liquorice and spice.

Lovely to savour now, it will continue to build complexity over the next 10 years, if carefully cellared.
